Our service is built for out-of-state investors. You'll have a dedicated Customer Success Representative as your single point of contact, available by call, text, or email with a 24-hour response commitment. Urgent matters are escalated promptly, and your Customer Success Manager is directly accessible for anything requiring senior-level attention. All communication is tracked and documented in our property management system.
3. Is there a minimum for the 5% management fee??
Yes. The minimum monthly fee per unit depends on your portfolio size: $75 for 1–5 units, $70 for 6–12 units, and $65 for 13+ units.
